**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Handle import and export documentation
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices
- Update delivery status of goods in ERP system
- Ensure inventory system and documentation are updated accurately and timely to maintain an accurate inventory level
- Manage stock movements
- Responsible for monthly cycle count of the warehouse

**Requirements**:
- Min ‘O’ Level /NITEC/ Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or its equivalent
- 1-2 years admin experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
- Able to start work within short notice period
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and meticulously
- Must be able to speak and converse in bilingual, English & Chinese, in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customer
- Willing to learn, with positive work attitude
