Logistics Admin (SAP/Inventory/Import/Export)

**Responsibilities**:
To fulfil orders for FG & samples with the right materials and documentations in a timely manner Responsible to ensure accuracy in inventory. Responsible for month end stock count/ year stock take for FG, PM, waste products, help manage 3rd party contractors and forwarders. Issuing invoices to customers and accuracy of freight invoices. Liaise with forwarders to ensure customers gets updates in a timely manner. Creates SOs, outbound deliveries, generation of CIPL, subsequent export documents and tax invoices Supports improvement projects in SAP SD modules. Managing inventories at different warehouses, local and overseas.

**Requirements**:
Min. Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or other relevant qualification. Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Chemical industry. Strong in Microsoft Office and SAP. Familiar with warehouse operations, incoterms, import/ export procedures via air, sea and land, customs formalities and forms, COO, ROO, FTAs etc. An effective team player with excellent service attitude. Good communication skills.
