Admin and Logistics Admin

You will be responsible forvarious tasks including invoicing, packing, inventory management,handling incoming and outgoing goods, and supporting both local andoverseas deliveries.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Computer Knowledge: Maintainand update the system with accurate information regardinginventory, shipments, and orders.
- Invoicing & PurchaseOrders: Process invoices and purchase ordersaccurately and in a timely manner.
- Packing & Shipping:Handle packing of goods for local and international deliveries,ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Inventory Management:Oversee incoming and outgoing items, check received goods, andupdate records accordingly.
- Heavy Lifting: Handle andmove heavy items safely in the warehouse.
- Pick and Pack: Performquality control (QC) checks, sort materials, verify items againstpart numbers and purchase orders, label, and prepare items forshipping.
- StockTake: Assist with periodic stock counts and auditsto ensure inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Cleanliness:Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Urgent Deliveries:Occasionally assist with urgent local deliveries whenrequired.
- Documentation: Take photosof items, process delivery documents, and track inventorymovement.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update data inthe system.
- Experience with handling invoices,purchase orders, and packing materials.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physicaltasks.
- Strong attention to detail,particularly in handling and packing items for delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in afast-paced environment.
- Good communicationskills, both written and verbal.
- Previousexperience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred, but notrequired.
