1. In charge of venue, budget, logistics and registrations

Admin
1. Purchase of books and resources and honorariums for invited speakers
**Small Group Admin Support**
1. Scheduling of meetings (internal & external) and admin support
**General**
2. Maintain office stationery, copier paper, letterheads, envelopes (including pledge and gift envelopes)
3. Assist HR with issuing of stationery and on boarding preparation and logistics
4. Lunchtime reception duty (rostered)
5. Any other work as assigned by DFA
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Levels and above in closely-related fields
- Previous personal involvement and experience of Administrator.
- 5 years of related working experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various levels of staff and lay congregants.
- Willingness and ability to leverage new technologies, where appropriate.
