**JOB BRIEF
The Logistic Admin cum Office Admin is responsible for managing logistics and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Office. The role involves communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
The Logistic Admin cum Office Admin reports to the Operations Manager.
**EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics Administration:
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
- Track inventory and update stock levels.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers and carriers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and orders.
Office Administration:
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately enter data into spreadsheets or other related systems.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Organize and file paperwork in a systematic manner.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve logístical and administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
- Proactively address challenges to optimize processes.
- Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on relevant logistics and administrative regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- A diploma in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics and office administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on various responsibilities.
- Work independently and possess a good and positive working attitude.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer knowledge.
