This position will support the Company’s talent management objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to implement global talent management programmes organisation-wide to enhance employee engagement, succession planning, leadership and talent development to meet business and manpower needs.
- Coordinate and provide support for the annual talent review and succession planning exercises including data preparation, consolidation of ratings and recommendations.
- Organise campus recruitment related outreach activities.
- Support the management of graduate and internship programmes.
- Assist to project manage the employee engagement journey including driving the Group's wellness programme and supporting the Employee Engagement Survey exercise.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in areas such as talent management and talent acquisition.
- Good MS office, people and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
