
Customer Support Engineer

**Your mission**:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for the installation, operation and trial production of new equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment hardware and software issues.
3. Participate in the development, design, and improvement of new equipment.
4. Provide maintenance during the warranty period of new equipment.
5. Assist the customer equipment department in training operators and writing equipment maintenance manuals.
Technical Requirements:
1. Basic understanding of high-tech factory equipment and its major modules/components.
2. Experience in equipment assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Basic knowledge in mechanical design (AutoCad, SolidWorks, or related software), electronic control system design experience, or knowledge of equipment design programming in industrial PLC/PC.
5. Prior experience in a wafer fabrication facility is preferred.
6. Prior experience in semiconductor equipment assembly and debugging is preferred.
**Your profile**:
1. Associate degree or above in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation, or related majors.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment management, with at least 1 year of experience in the semiconductor electronics industry equipment management.
3. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for long periods of time.
4. Proficiency in mechanical or electrical equipment-related theory and practical handling.
5. Strong ability to judge and handle accidents, with strong hands-on ability, sense of responsibility, and good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to independently complete equipment maintenance work.
7. Fluent English level with basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
8. Proficient in using Word & Excel.
