
Customer Support Engineer

The incumbent will be reporting to the Automation & Robotics Manager and will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team and customers with product knowledge, installations & training.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Acquire and actively build knowledge of products and solutions
- Acquire basic knowledge of Operating Systems and Applications
- Install and maintain Robotics & Automation Department products & solutions
- Provide customers and team with pre-sales support
- Attend customer and manufacturer meetings as required
- Support team in participating in tenders
- Present product demonstrations and provide user training
- Lias with prospective partners, manufacturers, customer for interface requirements
- Prepare technical and product/solution documentation as required for customers and tender submissions
- Prepare, deploy/ implement, and participate in Proof of Concepts and Solution Demonstration at customer premises
- Any other tasks as assigned by the company
**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) or smiliar
- Experience
- Personal qualities: Cheerful disposition, hardworking, fast learner, probelm solving abilities, customer-centric
- Physical abilities: Able to bend and carry heavy weight
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
