We are assisting an Asian Company in Freight and Logistics business with coverage across China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

They are newly established in Singapore and expanding it’s operations across the island and would need the help of Customer Service Representatives in managing their corporate and private clients in their delivery and monitoring of parcels.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Handle and monitor daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established.
- To report any service-related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor.
- Engage and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
- To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments.
- Working collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum education, “GCE N/O” Levels education.
- Experience in administration, warehouse management a strong advantage.
