**Main responsibilities**
- Coordinate special projects for the assigned managers
- Support Managing director APAC and senior management team in day-to-day business needs
- Effectively organize and schedule events in multiple locations, including minutes taking and ensuring post-meeting follow-up actions execution
- Produce agreed variety of correspondence, reports, communication messages, facilitate and be actively engaged in internal communication deliveries
- Respond to queries from clients / vendors / external and internal stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner
- Managing and coordinating calendar for Managing director APAC

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose professional correspondence and take accurate meeting minutes
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), calendar management systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus
