Account Acquisition Executive/ Senior Executive

Singapore Y-SG PTE. LTD. Full time

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in tactical strategies to recruit potential brands to appoint YSG as their eCom Enablers
- Execute full spectrum of sales tactics to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with the wider team to effectively hunt in allocated segments.
- Perform the role of YSG’s Brand Ambassador in managing post-sales account relationship
- Take charge in offering agency service rates within authorised limits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact, qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing and post-sales management.
- Manage the relationships with marketplace platforms to encourage referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly account acquisition targets.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation skills and salesmanship.
- Fast thinker with a strong sense of business acumen.
- Ability to handle people of all levels.
- Pleasant, clean and professional image
- Strong English proficiency plus additional languages will be advantages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly meticulous and strong negotiation skills.
- Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.
- Strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience
- Ability to convey business information clearly and analyse the requirements to influence customer buying decisions.
- Excellent team player.
- Salary shall commensurate with job experience._
