We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Intra-Grp Referral Specialist.**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Acting as principal point of contact internally for all client collaboration activities with cross line of businesses and working closely with relationship and product teams within Global Private Banking
- Responsible for partnering with Global Private Banking front office to increase our collaboration revenues and grow market share by deepening our wallet, leveraging the strength of our client relationship, and capitalising on the strength of HSBC’s international franchise
- Develop working relationships with key stakeholders from all Business Lines, working groups including 2nd line of defence to drive effective collaboration
- Undertaking active joint portfolio reviews with relevant cross line of businesses stakeholders, and monitoring referral level results in order to adjust marketing output accordingly
- Plan, conceptualize and implement campaign and events with cross of businesses to drive 2 ways referrals
- Co-ordinate with front office to prepare presentation and marketing collaterals for internal roadshows
- Accurately appraising introductions and identifying the most appropriate team to handle the referrals
- Maintain referral records promptly and other administrative duties for the markets under coverage
- Responsible for monthly management reports and preparation of internal presentation materials
- Provide support to the Country Head of Group Collaboration in the delivery of strategic partnership plans

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Establish a network of fluent relationships across teams and geographies within HSBC Group
- Curious, creative and a self-starter team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage other business stakeholder
- Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
- Confident in handling interaction with senior internal stakeholders
- Have the flexibility to travel within ASEAN and South Asia
- Project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior business development experience is a plus
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills. One or more language ability is a plus
- Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures with living or working experience in the region is an advantage
