Job Responsibilities
- Support daily **Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) order processing**, including order entry, invoicing, and coordination with fulfillment partners
- Assist in **inventory tracking and stock reconciliation**across warehouse and e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate **last-mile logistics**and liaise with delivery providers to ensure timely dispatch and resolution of delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock movements
- Provide general **administrative support**to the operations team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders on sales and inventory metricsSupport ad-hoc operational tasks and process improvements as assigned

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in admin, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus but not required
