Part-time Accounts Administrative Executive

We are seeking a 6 months Contract Part-Time Accounts Admin (4 hours per day/5 day work week) to support our finance and administrative functions. This role involves key responsibilities in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and providing administrative support within our company.

**Main Duties**:

- Monitor and verify incoming funds and update daily cash flow. Verify accuracy of payment, claims and petty cash reimbursements. (AR/AP)
- Maintain detailed and organized records to support financial reporting needs
- Support the liaison process with external partners (e.g auditors, tax agent) as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by Directors.
- Able to start in early Jan 2025
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (e.g excel) is preferredGood command of English.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably Diploma in Accounting, or relevant field.Self-motivated, positive, proactive, highly-organized, and detail-oriented to work with accuracy and minimum supervision
