**About the job**
You are passionate about creating a people-oriented working environment to support the growth of our business. This role will support our people agenda, enable the best talents to provide a great customer experience and build-on a collaborative team spirit within IKEA, while promoting our employer brand in Singapore.
**Your assignment**
- Partner with functional managers and develop understanding of business needs to plan upon talent requirement for business operations and future talent needs
- Management of volume recruiting workflows, improving key outcomes and in-process metrics, and leading strategic projects
- Together with the HR Manager, establish talent acquisition strategy to support the store in creating a successful talent pipeline
- Establish and deploy Employer Branding strategies, diversity Initiatives etc to promote the attraction, development, and retention of our talents
- Coaching and supporting Hiring Managers on conducting value-based recruitment and understanding of our recruitment process
- Keeping current with DE&I trends and benchmark DE&I initiatives in the market
- Report recruiting KPIs and monitor key metrics to assess Talent Acquisition execution
**Qualifications**:
- More than 6 years of recruiting experience, preferable in a large, matrixed organisation
- Comfortable in managing volume recruitment as well as ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring a strong cadence of communications and provide a high-level partnership with the hiring managers
- Able to multitask, deal with complexity and ambiguity while managing multiple deliverables
- Genuinely interested in our business; have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are a team player for whom it is natural to support on the floor when necessary
- A retailer who appreciates the nature of the business and willing to embrace unconventional work schedules which includes working on weekends and public holidays
