**The role**

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our HQ team to help build a best-in-class team for Love, Bonito. Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting a passionate and high performing Retail team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.

- A genuine love for people and talent acquisition
- A performance-driven attitude and a hunger and thirst for results
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A high degree of professionalism, judgement and discretion
- Exceptional influencing abilities to create strong ‘voluntary’ buy-in by building strong relationships with stakeholders across all functions and levels
- Superb planning, project management, multitasking and execution abilities
- A charismatic, influential yet relatable team player
- Strong understanding and grasp of social media, alumni associations etc.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support overall recruitment strategy and process- Post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
- Assist in ad hoc recruiting reports
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Draft and perform administrative legal paperwork (i.e. employment contracts)
- Ensure great hiring experience for all- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Consult with managers to requirements and specific job objectives
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Diploma or BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred
