The division manages the academic journey of our students in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (College of Humanities and Sciences). We handle student admission, curriculum matters, timetable planning, course registration, examination administration, special academic programme administration and other academic-related matters.
- Manage student admission and curriculum matters
- Manage student academic programmes such as double-degree and cross-disciplinary programmes
- Manage general administration (recruitment, finance and purchasing)
- Provide academic counselling to undergraduates

**Qualifications**

At least a general degree

Good writing and data analytics skills

Meticulous and good organisation skills

Enjoy interacting with students

Good working knowledge of MS Office
