**Executive / Senior Executive, Regional Marketing**

**Subaru (Regional Marketing)**:

- Work with selected markets and local marketing teams to plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns, creative development and marketing strategies for each market
- Strong understanding of digital funnel, and how to run effective online-to-offline campaigns with understanding of conversion metrices
- Strong interest in automotive industry, prior experience is a bonus
- Coordinate campaigns & events, including being on-site to oversee key events in respective markets.
- Periodic sales and marketing performance review and formulate on-going marketing and media plans
- Understand and keep abreast of specific markets’ media landscape and sharing of best practices whenever applicable
- Evaluate success of executed marketing activities using measuring tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook and business related KPIs
- Language skills: Strong command of English language (and Chinese language for Taiwan, Hong Kong & China markets)
- Other skills: Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and social media copywriting; meticulous with strong sense in project management.
