Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a regional marketing team and drive integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility, product launches, and demand generation across online and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of Southeast Asia market dynamics, culture, and consumer behavior.

  • Develop and implement regional brand strategies and digital marketing plans across the Southeast Asia region.
  • Coordinate and support country-level marketing efforts in alignment with regional objectives.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility, product launches, and demand generation across online and offline channels.
  • Standardize and optimize brand communications and content for consistency across all markets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
  • Lead and manage a regional marketing team, providing guidance and direction.
  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with media, influencers, and agency stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best practices for all regional marketing executions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of trade marketing experience, with a strong focus on regional roles and preferably from consumer electronics or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEA market dynamics, culture, and consumer behavior.
