Regional Marketing Leader

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the product marketing and commercial marketing teams to drive regional business growth.
  • Manage and coach the regional marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and resource utilization.
  • Oversee all Business Unit marketing activities in the region, aligning with global strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify functional requirements for new capabilities and enhancements that support product evaluations and business partner engagement.
  • Develop and execute a pricing strategy for the region, ensuring global price alignment and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Define target customer segments, product strategies, and market analysis to understand regional trends and requirements.
  • Establish and implement policies and guidelines for product promotion, marketing, pricing, and internal support structures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Design and execute product promotion and design win programs for the region, driving business results and brand awareness.
  • Support regional sales forces and distribution channels with relevant collateral to facilitate design-ins and sales success.
  • Collaborate with Marcom and product teams to organize global trade shows and exhibitions, showcasing products and technologies to create brand awareness and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of semiconductor experience, with a marketing function or product management focus.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, customer pricing negotiations, and product portfolio management.
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced soft skills, intercultural competencies, and enthusiasm for navigating complex customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Chinese a strong plus for effective communication with the China team.
  • Ability to drive, coordinate, and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities and business partnerships.
  • Will to travel and collaborate with international teams.
