Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Performance Marketing - SEO & ASO** to work directly within our Regional Performance Marketing teams for APAC, Europe and Turkey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to defining and executing SEO strategies for specific DH brands
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Evaluate search demand to identify growth opportunities for our products
- Work with local product teams to push the SEO agenda and ensure that improvements are implemented in a timely manner
- Perform regular deep dives/website audits (Onsite, Offsite and Technical)
- Liaise with product management team to anticipate future website migrations, website releases and define combined SEO/Product OKR’s
- Monitor and measure relevant SEO KPI’s (organic ranking, traffic and acquisitions)
- Share SEO best practices with stakeholders among all web platforms
- Work with the product management and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of working experience in the field of Online Marketing (especially SEO) or multi-channel marketing with SEO as strong focus
- You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or similar field
- Strong knowledge and experience in web development (previous web-mastering activity is a plus)
- You like to work autonomously and like to lead projects from start to finish by strategising project and executing on them. You should enjoy being hands on.
- Solid knowledge of SEO Onpage Optimization techniques
- Good knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Sistrix, SemRush, Searchmetrics, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog etc.)
- Advanced HTML, PHP and JavaScript (familiarity with Python a plus)
- Experience working with CMS tools, Single Page Applications and Angular Js a distinctive plus
- Excellent communication skills in English are required, any other language a plus
- Experience in Product Management and/or in SEM a distinctive plus
