Overview
Join Traveloka as a Senior Associate Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across channels and locales, defining foundations for a sustainable and healthy business and shaping ambitious growth plans for the channel/BU.
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy:
Define the overall channel strategy across locales, laying foundations for a sustainable and healthy business. Involved in jointly defining ambitious growth plans for the channel/BU.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cost-per-click, conversion rates, ROI) with the team to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide clear, actionable, and concise recommendations that speak to leadership and senior audiences.
Bidding & Media Optimisation:
Champion the creation of bidding strategies across channels to maximize BU ROI. Maintain a performance-driven mindset, focusing on delivering results against plans through constant monitoring and agile optimization actions.
Inventory & Sourcing Management:
Define and evolve the inventory strategy for the channels being operated to enable growth for the channel/BU, accounting for competitor and supplier nuances in the travel industry.
Conversion Path Optimization:
Drive cross-functional squads with product, supply, pricing, customer service, martech, and data teams to achieve conversion rate goals for the metasearch ecosystem. Optimize user experience, including landing pages, ad creatives, and calls-to-action, to maximize conversions and create positive post-purchase stories.
Market & Competitor Research:
Lead initiatives to stay ahead of trends and innovations in the metasearch space. Enable the team to develop competitor analysis and recommend opportunities or adjustments to tactics to stay competitive.
Partner management:
Manage partner relationships and foster win-win scenarios for sustained partnership and growth.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or eCommerce roles, ideally in the tech or start-up sectors.
Ability to analyze and manage a P&L.
Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
Experience managing digital marketing channels, including optimization and reporting, with a focus on performance and ROI.
Ability to manage nimble teams and execute day-to-day channel tasks, including bidding, performance tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
Comfortable executing tactics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience in Travel Tech Industry is a plus.
