Job Description:

- Work with clients and internal teams to enhance recycling marketing.
- Acquire and evaluate precious metals, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Use XRF technology to analyze metals.
- Develop and implement marketing solutions.
- Attend trade events and network to promote services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify new market segments for growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Provide accurate proposals using precise calculations.
- Work with the marketing team to boost brand awareness.
- Pursue debt recoveries to maintain financial health.
- Update CRM with business information.
- Provide regular reports on activities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Class 3 driving license (Class D is a plus; company vehicle provided).
- Training provided.
- Experience in the metal manufacturing industry preferred.
- Results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to travel for business.
