**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responding and coordinating end to end Ecommerce performance, sales, listing and pricing.

Involved in implementing campaigns for Shopee, Lazada and Shopify platforms.

**Primary Duties**:
1) Handling and addressing queries about our products to potential customers

2) Developing pitches and soliciting potential customers

3) Researching and identifying new market opportunities

4) Overseeing the sales process to attract new customers digitally (SEO, SEM)

5) Working with the Digital Media Team, on high ROIs online campaigns

6) Executing the orders within our SAGE system (training provided)

**Secondary Job Scope**

1) Help out in the implementation and execution of ongoing events, trade shows and out-reach.

2) Help out in photo and video shoots

3) Creative strategy and design concepts for brand

4) Strategic partnership managment

5) Managing Campaign calendar.

**Competencies**

1) Excellent communication and engagement skills, including how to engage stakeholders professionally.

2) Photoshop and Video Editing ( not must but will be a plus)

3) MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

4) Keynote

**Qualification**:
Diploma or Advance Diploma
