We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **SVP, Senior Regional Sales Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Being a thought leader: Communicating new solutions, propositions and relevant market information to customers
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities over a period of time
- Devising plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
- Participating and leading events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
- Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies
- Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Currently have a client facing role
- Have an affinity to dealing with the various industry sectors, both globally and more specifically in Asia
- Prior experience of dealing with multinational clients would be an advantage
- University graduate with solid experience in cash management and relationship management
- Demonstrate well developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to cope with pressure and demonstrate adaptability and pace to keep up with a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
