**YOUR ROLE**
- Basic Knowledge on any of related processes such as Lamination, Lapping, Detapping, Plasma Etching, Chemical Etching and Sputtering.
- Support manufacturing operations through real-time issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Analyze equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Improve equipment uptime, optimize process flow, and ensure high-quality output.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex equipment issues and drive process improvement projects.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory, procurement, and logistics.Proactively identify potential equipment issues and develop contingency plans.
- **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Degree/Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the semiconductor wafer fabrication industry (preferred)..
- Understanding and interpretation of CAD drawings (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematic diagrams) and process flows.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, PLC) or IoT-related technologies is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
