**YOUR ROLE**
- Improving the yield of products by identifing suspected process step and work closely with FA lab to identify the defect of the failure.
- Reduce zero yield scraps by ensuring fast feedbacks and corrective action through in-depth failure analysis and failure mode identification.
- Ensure optimization of SPC parameters (Cp,k and Cpk) for all technologies through cross-functional meetings with the various Process Engineering Group.
- Review and perform evaluations for possible process scripts combination and reduction.
- To perform evaluation for parameter/ yield improvement through DOE, FMEA etc

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronic major.
- Good knowledge in semiconductor devices & processes.
- Good communication skill & team work.
- Familiar with the equipment used in wafer fabrication
- English business proficiency
