**YOUR ROLE**
- Maintain equipment performance to meet uptime target.
- Continuous improve equipment reliability & enhance capability.
- Establish and manage PM procedures, specifications and OCAPs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root cause and preventives.
- Work with counterparts to resolve process, defectivity and yield issues.
- Participate in uptime/throughput improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Startup new equipment and release to production in support of capacity ramp.
- Develop training materials and conduct training.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Able to work in cleanroom
