**Job description**
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and events
- Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
- In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
- Attend to personal matters for Director and family
- Assist in HR/Admin related matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
**Key Requirements**
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration/ Communications/ Public Relations/ Finance with 2 years’ work experience preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills. Resourceful and flexible, able to identify, organize, plan, allocate resources and find solutions
- Able to multi-task, work independently and adhere to deadline. Attention to detail, excellent co-ordination and planning skills
- Stress-tolerant and able to work in high levels of uncertainty: fluid organisation and changing environment
- Knowledge of Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is essential, in order to liaising with English/Mandarin speaking clients/stakeholders
