At Forest Play, we celebrate freely chosen, self-directed play for children to grow and develop independence and self-esteem through risk-play.We are looking for Rangers to provide children with an exciting, fun and safe outdoor space to socialise, discover and explore. Working in mixed-age groups, Rangers will work with children between the ages of 4 to 14.JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure adequate supervision of all outdoor and nature activities Effectively manage various play zones Administer First-Aid when necessary Ensure all risk assessment, policies and procedures are strictly adhered to Ensure periodic checking of equipment, maintenance of premises and safe operations at all times Identify and maintain a high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction Be funREQUIREMENTS Relevant experience in outdoor/ adventure/ forest school setting preferred Qualification in Sport Management/ Sport Coaching/ Outdoor Adventure/ Forest School Learning is preferred but not compulsory Good communications and interpersonal skills Standard First-Aid & AED Certificate preferred Enjoys working in the great outdoors A fun and engaging personality to bring the element of creativity and excitement to children If you have no experience, but love working with children, don’t worry Training will be provided
