**What would you be doing?
- Review and amend job descriptions and job specifications as required.
- Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders; partner with business stakeholders to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary.
- Lead market research & mapping programs to build a talent pipeline and share insights with the hiring team.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns.
- Establish a talent pipeline with local education institutions (such as universities and polytechnics) to source internship opportunities with local students.
- Document recruiting reports and provide analysis to the rest of the team.

**We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Have at least 4 years of working experience as a 360 recruiter (in-house or agency), commercial and technical roles.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and working with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond efficiently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment, including excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to thoroughly understand the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Experience with O365 and Recruitee is an advantage.
