**Salary up to SGD 6,800 (USD 5,050) per month**

We are looking for a **Restaurant** **General Manager** to run the hotels Japanese restaurant.

**Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager**:

- Report to the Food and Beverage Director
- Manage day-to-day operations and mentor the team
- Ensuring all aspects of the restaurant services are maintained and surpassed
- Monitor the sales and expenses
- Constantly improve the guest experience

**You will be a great fit if you**:

- Have at least two years of experience as a Restaurant manager or four as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- You will need to be fluent in Japanese
- Have expertise in Standalone Destination Restaurants or luxury hotels
- Have fine-dining experience
- Have excellent communication and Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
