Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain key customer relationships and business with Chinese and foreign banks and sovereigns
- Promote new business and customer development, with focus on deposits and credit business to meet the relevent KPI targets
- Promote cross-selling of the whole range of products for financial institution clients, including RMB clearing, cerdit, financial markets, bonds, trade finance and other businesses
- Responsible for relevant market research for the bank industry as well as bank and sovereign customer related specified project work
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of relevant business policy and processes, as well a business training

Job Requirements:

- 5 years of more in the financial industry, with good customer relationship, business marketing as well as service capabilities
- More than 2 years experience in credit granting for corporate or financial institution type loans, with strong operational skills
- Have a deep understanidng of Chinese and foreign banks and sovereigns institutions and can independently develop relevant customers
- Familiar with clearing, financial markets, capital markets, trade finance and other products
- Good teamwork spirit, strong adaptability and able to cope with stress
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (both verbal and written) so as to communicate with our HQ and Chinese-speaking customers
- Have prior experience leading a team
