Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to spearhead our client relationships and drive business growth.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with proven experience in relationship management or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven with good negotiation skills, able to drive deals and secure new business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and driving cross-functional initiatives.
