**What the role is**
- Reporting to the Deputy Director, the jobholder is responsible for the review of HR policies and Strategic Workforce Planning.
**What you will be working on**
- The principal accountabilities of the job holder are to: - Review existing HR Total Reward policies bearing in mind compliance to relevant Public Service HR regulations and adapting these to suit evolving organisational requirements. These include reviews of HTX’s benefit policies as well as review of allowances and other reward payments. - Review existing performance management framework, including the adoption of competencies, to ensure robustness and fairness in the reward and recognition of the HTX workforce. - Work closely with the HR Business Partnerships team to implement policy revisions taking into consideration operational requirements and constraints. Address feedback and queries on implementation issues from HRBP from time to time. - Undertake Strategic Workforce Planning to enable HTX’s workforce transformation. This includes diagnosing the current state of HTX’s workforce, assessing future workforce capability requirements based on HTX’s longer-term organisational goals, as well as evaluating and recommending measures to bridge the workforce gap. - Develop and articulate clear career pathways for the HTX workforce as part of enhancing their career development and job satisfaction.
