**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as part of the Leadership teams to drive business results through optimizing organization efficiency, developing people culture, enhancing talent management, HR structure & processes.
- Directly lead a team of HR professionals to develop and execute HR strategies and tactics that develop the organizational capability and capacity to achieve the organizational objectives.
- Anticipates human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies and internal and external environmental and competitive factors.
- Partner with HR Asia and Headquarters colleagues to create and operate consistent HR processes, systems, and tools to deliver HR services efficiently and effectively to the businesses.
- Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
- Coach leaders on HR capability including talent management and organizational change.
- Lead the execution of core HR process across the business including Organization Design, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, People Development, Budget Planning, Manpower Forecasting, and Change Management
- Provides a broad range of HR services in support of the end-to-end employee lifecycle including talent attraction, onboarding, engagement, retention and up to separation
- Lead regional HR initiatives and programs while partnering Asia and Global HR teams
- Constantly enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR organization and develop the talent within the function to meet the needs of the business and ensure succession depth
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 8yrs of experience in HR, including business partnering experience at regional level across different countries.
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant studies.
- Analytical with good business acumen, fluent in communication and influencing power, excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You are skilled at managing relationships at all levels within the organization including at the executive level, building trust and influencing through relationships and data
- You have the ability to move quickly in both strategic design and practical execution to meet the needs of the team and business in a fast paced environment
- You are a hands-on leader with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- You use sound judgment, considering all sources and dependencies when making decisions
- You are comfortable working in matrix and ambiguous environment
