This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Digital Activation and Engagement Lead - Wealth and Personal Banking.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Owning and delivering the local strategy, execution and be accountable to the measure of success in driving digital activation and engagement
- Delivering increase digital activation and engagement across the HSBC Digital Channels, online, mobile and other digital channels both for the customers and staffs
- Building a best in class Digital Channel customer experience that will lead, encourage and drive results locally across their teams, including iNPS for digital platforms
- Analyze, test and optimize the digital journeys and transactions across all touch points to improve feature activation and engagement
- Influence the digital delivery agenda in the area of features, customer journeys and design principles
- Leading digital awareness, change and messaging programs as HSBC continue to deliver new features to our customers both online or on mobile for the customers and staffs
- Design and lead in bank-wide commercialization, Omni-channel initiatives and CLCM digital readiness to achieve targeted Digital objectives, business productivity and operational excellence
- Working with global, region and local stake holders across different line of business, teams and functions

- Experience in both the developed and emerging markets

- Managing operational functions, directing process reengineering and efficiency exercises
- Keen understanding of products, services and underlying processes to fulfill
- Exceptional ability to lead and influence diverse teams across different functions
- Strong people leadership and team work skills
- An understanding of and respect for different cultures, working with colleagues from different countries within a region
