Job Description:

The Digital Engagement Manager will drive the centralization of digital initiatives to streamline projects, minimize duplication of work and promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between teams to share marketing best practices.
  • Streamline the localization process for all digital projects.
  • Bridge the gap between departments to deliver digital projects successfully.
  • Act as main point of contact for digital systems requests.

Promote Data Driven Marketing

  • Maximize analytics value for digital systems to drive continual improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate on digital projects and provide regular analytic reports.
  • Monitor KPIs for all digital marketing systems and recommend performance improvement opportunities.
Develop and Implement an Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
  • Support design and deployment of a regional omnichannel marketing model and strategy.
  • Promote digital innovation and support new digital projects.
Establish Industry Leadership in Digital Engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and suggest relevant improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors' digital activity to ensure a competitive advantage.
Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Alignment
  • Develop a Standard Operating Procedure for digital compliance.
  • Act as main point of contact for compliance queries associated with digital activity.
Train a Digital Mindset (Mindset, Skillset, Toolset)
  • Promote digital marketing importance and educate marketers on what it means to be digital.
  • Co-facilitate monthly community sharing practice across regions with digital leads.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in the industry.
  • Regional experience handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of marketing tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends.
  • Comfortable dealing with digital marketing analytics.
