About the Team
Internal Marketing and Engagement (Global Event Hub) under the OC (Organization Culture) department that's committed to building enriching activities and engagements for employees. We aim at promoting employees' recognition of company culture and mission and encouraging the practice of our culture on a global scale. By reinforcing a sense of belonging and teamwork spirit among our colleagues, we hope to continuously inspire passion both at work and in life and reaffirm the pursuit of our collective goals and aspirations.
This position will sit in our Singapore office, covering APAC and collaborating with regional OC colleagues and other cross-functional teams (such as Admin, Internal Comms etc.).
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Annual Planning**: Consolidate APAC Annual OC Internal Marketing Plan based on global event strategy and priority.
**2. Global Project Coordination**: Support the Global Internal Marketing team to land global projects in APAC through smooth and efficient collaboration with local cross functional teams, including but not limited to Internal Comms, Admin, etc, following Global Campaign SOP.
**3. Stakeholder Management**: Identify regional key stakeholders and develop appropriate mechanisms to influence them in an efficient way so as to gain expected support or sponsor from regional level.
**4. Standard & Evaluation**: Proactively expose yourself to local events across the region and ensure those events meet company culture initiative standards. Coordinate with local OC colleagues to provide timely evaluation and report consolidation.
**5. Resource Integration**: Provide practical integration and synergy solutions to local requests, including but not limited to visual design, swags production, logistics and agency sourcing etc.
**6. Communication and Intelligence**: Facilitate regular communication between global and local teams. Form insightful local intelligence report to enhance global-local understanding and synchronization.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology or relevant fields.
2. A proven track record in internal communications, event marketing or a similar field, and 7+ years of relevant experience is considered a plus.
3. Have deep insights into marketing operation and activation and familiar with the process of execution, from design, vendor sourcing, production to launch.
4. Have a solid record of project management in a highly diversified, globalized and fast-paced working environment.
5. Have a great command of computer skills and office tools (document, excel, ppt, etc) with the ability to deal with documents and data reports on a daily basis.
6. Open to traveling within the region as per request.
