**What you do?**

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will:

- **Logistics & Distribution**: Manage daily logistics operations, including coordinating with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical devices.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy of records to minimize shortages or overstock.
- **Delivery Operations**: Supervise and optimize delivery schedules to meet customer requirements, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- **Freight Management**: Plan and manage freight movements, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- **Warehouse Oversight**: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all logistics and distribution activities comply with local and international regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- **Team Leadership**: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, freight, or logistics, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, freight, and inventory management best practices.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device storage and distribution is an advantage.
