Technician for Condominium

Singapore TMG CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

Faber Garden Condominium (MCST. 1047), a development with 236 residential units. It is currently looking for a Technician to be deployed on site, to ensure the smooth daily operations of the equipment and facilities in the estate. **The Technician is employed directly under the MCST of the condominium.
**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:

- Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspection, trouble shooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure the safety of the estate.
- Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action for facilities and to the Condominium Manager.
- Any other handyman assignments directed by the Management.
- Work with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.

**Requirements**:

- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills.
- For emergencies, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting.
- Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage (e.g. ACMV, lifts, fire protection, electrical DB, pumps, water tanks, taps and sinks and shower heads, leaking or choked pipes, etc).

**Working Hours**: 3 days week days Part-time, 9:00am-6:00pm (negotiable)
