Changi, Singapore National Service Resort & Country Club Full time

**The Job**:

- Handling telephone calls, answering enquiries on the Club’s facilities and functions.
- Cashiering duties.
- Membership services - collection of sub-fees
- Administrative duties E.g. safe-keeping and proper recording of issuance of keys and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
- Administering lost and found items.
- Recording of incoming cheques.
- Assist in tender briefing, collection and recording of tender document and tender deposit.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level with 1 year experience in similar field
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays

**Additional Information**:

- 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm / 10:45am to 8:00pm
- Monthly laundry allowance provided
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station

**9) PART-TIME MECHANIC (BOWLING)**

**The Job**:

- Ensure that the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bowling lanes and peripherals are executed in a timely and complete manner.
- Ensure bowling machinery, lanes, bowlers’ area, ball return mechanism, back-end mechanism, monitor screen, chasis, etc are maintained in the best possible condition.
- Strip and oil 20 lanes, mop gutter, bowlers approach area daily and before events/functions and check pinspotter machine all the time and redress any fault occurrence during operations.
- Check general cleanliness of the bowling lanes, bowlers area, bowlers approach area, back end, store, bowling balls & racks and backend machine parts.
- Inform bowling CSOs to release lanes for use and to clear pins, house balls and record meter reading at the end of day and for monthly report on lineage.
- Check and report any faulty machine or problem on lanes and to rectify it as soon as possible.
- Oversee and ensure that stock, equipment and inventory levels are sufficient e.g. for machinery spare parts, lane maintenance chemicals, pins, bowling ball, etc.
- Ensure that the annual budget for bowling parts is planned yearly and expenses are controlled carefully.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE or Polytechnic certificate in mechanical or equivalent with preferably 1 year experience in relevant field
- Good mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Honesty and integrity
- Committed and responsible
- Knowledge of the sport
- Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday

**Additional Information**:

- Rotating shifts: 9:00 am to 6:15 pm / 10:45 am to 8:00 pm / 1:45 pm to 11:00 pm / 4:00 pm to 1:15 am
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
