The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced compliance attorney to join our global legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe's Compliance and Ethics team, creative and collaborative group of dedicated professionals working on the front lines to ensure that Adobe acts with integrity in all areas of its business. This role is based in Singapore and reports to Adobe's Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel, Antitrust & Compliance.

As the regional APAC compliance lead, your responsibilities will include a wide range of activities such collaborating with business leaders and other functions to implement the regional ethics and compliance strategy, conducting investigations, managing corruption risks, communicating and enforcing Adobe's policies, identifying compliance controls and gaps, and helping to promote a culture of integrity in the region.

What you'll Do- Act as regional lead and primary point of contact for Compliance in APAC- Manage and conduct compliance-related investigations- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks-
- Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams on time sensitive investigations and other activities- Provide support for other regional and global compliance initiatives and controls

What you need to succeed- A passion for ethics and compliance, a strong moral compass, a keen sense of curiosity, and exceptional judgment- Law degree plus admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction- 6+ years of experience in relevant legal areas, including at least 4 years conducting internal corporate investigations with an in-house legal department and/or top-tier law firm- Subject matter expertise in FCPA and other global anti-corruption laws- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English required; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus)- Demonstrated attention to detail and a positive outlook with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to work flexible hours (this role requires frequent collaboration with US-based team members)
