**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collects and studies information about clients sales trends, and services to develop future marketing plans;
- Coordinate strategic marketing initiatives and activities in the relevant markets;
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, and client behavior, and prepare simple reports after gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data;
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content;
- Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content;
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems;
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues;
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
- Responding to client requests for tender proposals;
- Provide after-sales support;
- Strategizing digital marketing and designing required marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Google Ads.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned;
- 6 working days per week(rest days will fall on weekdays)

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in related field;
- Market savvy and has excellent attention to detail;
- Proactive, result-oriented, creative, outgoing, possess market research skills, and resourceful;
- Able to work without supervision and equipped with a solid analytical mindset;
- Ability to multitask and take on additional tasks/roles;
- Willing to attend to calls whichsoever beyond working hours, weekends or public holiday;
- Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and market survey tools are advantageous;
