As an Accountant - General Ledger, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our client's organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as assisting with financial reporting and analysis. This position requires strong analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete financial information
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support internal and external auditors in the completion of financial audits
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or its equivalents with CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
