**Accounting Executive,**General Ledger (GL)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely reporting- Ensure financial data complies with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements- Maintain proper recordkeeping and gather supporting documentation for audits and reporting- Prepare and manage fixed asset entries and related reconciliations- Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across the group- Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist with yearly income tax computations- Liaise with external tax agents and auditors, and prepare audit schedules and statutory accounts- Address IFRS116-related queries from auditors and the UK finance team- Participate in finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as required

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or external audit- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., **NetSuite** preferred)- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., **IFRS**) and regulatory compliance- Meticulous attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational skills- Proactive, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills- Prior experience in external audit (2-4 years) will be an added advantage
