Purpose of the Position- To provide the needed support by the Training Business Director in enhancing the training business performance and complying to BSI training operation guidelines.- To work closely with sales and training operation teams to facilitate the conversion of sales and delivery of the training as per plan, align with training budget and targets.- Handle inbound training sales - online training booking.- Handle clients’ vendor portal - track the applicable tender and tender submission.- Manage External Tutors (ER)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Pre-training sales support - to coordinate and ensure the published public training schedule is always up-to-date and reflected in the Salesforce and BSI webpage.- Training delivery - work closely with Training Operation Manager to ensure training delivery as per plan to meet the training budget and target.- Post sales/training support - handling of customer complaints, post-training customer survey, generating training business reports.- Handle Online Training Booking - contact the client to confirm the training booking and convert it to enrolment.-
- Identify potential training business and refer to the sales team for follow-up.- Visit clients’ vendor portal on a daily basis and pick up the relevant Request for Quotation (RFQ) or tender for the sales team to provide proposal and support in Quotation submission.- To work with the Marketing team for the delivery support of the marketing activities. Scheduling meetings including venue, catering, accommodation, travel, conference calls, and Team calls including room booking & agenda.- Preparation of meeting packs and agendas, taking minutes in meetings as required.- Provide the Training Business Directors with papers, reports, correspondence, diary commitments, and summaries of matters requiring attention.- Deliver efficient administration service including the generation of letters and contracts, developing other documents and presentations, formatting/preparation, and circulation of monthly reports.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications.- Excellent organizational skills to manage and control his/her own workload and that of others.- A logical and practical approach to problem-solving to deal with problems as constructively and swiftly.- Communicates well to inform, advise and persuade and has the confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of people and situations verbally and in writing, including highly confidential and sensitive materials.- Good written and verbal communication skills to produce, initiate and compose routine correspondence.- Understands the values and benefits of teamwork and is able to provide support.- Works on own initiative to manage a varied, often unpredictable, workload.- Organize and prioritize your own work and that of others in a pressurized environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.- Develop, manage, and review office systems, especially those required to organize large amounts of administration work and correspondence.- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other enterprise tools is an added advantage.- Experience in commercial operations management, preferably commercial events.
