**Job Scope**:
**Shipping Coordinator (Basic up to $3500)**
- Manage international trade by handling import and export shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.) and secure cargo insurance.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliable service.
- Oversee the entire logistics process, including shipping, receiving, and distribution, to guarantee on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory control systems for financial and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customs inquiries regarding duties, tariffs, and exemptions.
- Analyze alternative transportation options and programs to identify cost savings and service improvements.
- Assist warehouse operations with receiving, storage, packing, loading, and shipping activities as needed.
- Address discrepancies and issues in shipments according to internal procedures.
- Recommend and implement packaging improvements for efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Supply Planner (Basic up to $3800)**
- Create and update a supply plan for your region to ensure we have the right amount of stock in the right place to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to forecast demand for key items and adjust plans as needed.
- Share information about stock levels, trends, and potential risks with internal teams and suppliers.
- Regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our supply chain and propose solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance, address any issues, and suggest ways they can better meet our needs.
- Answer questions about supply planning processes and policies from both internal and external contacts.
- Support your team by sharing best practices and training colleagues on supply planning.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills.
- Be open to additional tasks assigned by your manager.

**Job Requirement**:
Diploma/Degree in Logisitc/Supply Chain or related studies

At least 1 ½ years of relevant working experience
