**Sales Coordinator**
**Job Duty**:
1. Process order enquiry with clients;
2. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for order processing and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations;
3. Provide full spectrum of sales and administrative support to sales department;
4. Provide support to the team in daily operation
5. Assist General manager with basic admin tasks.
6. Responsible for ad hoc tasks as required.
**Requirement**:
1. Higher Diploma graduate or above in trading firms/manufacturing plant/accounting is an advantage.
2. At least 2 years of working experience.
3. Will handle shipping, purchasing, invoicing, and administrative activities under the guidance of General Manager.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and mandarin.
5. Good analytical mind, common sense, mature and stable with good communication skills
