Assist in maintaining and update food safety management system and SOP plan
- Monitor quality control in production and processes, and update daily progress with superior
- Assist in quality, food safety and Halal related training
- Oversee the planning and implementation of Halal program
- Ensure all incoming raw materials and process meet the Halal and quality requirement
- Responsible for all Halal documentation to be in order and well organised
- Update and verify the documentation for internal and external audit
- Any other matters as and when required by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum possess Diploma in Food Technology/ Food Science or its equivalent
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Malay to communicate with Malay speaking associates.
- Equipped with Halal foundation training will be an advantage
- Work Location will be at Changi Prison
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
